Light Blog is a lihgt weight blogging system using only text files to store data. Its fully skinnable, skins are aavilable as well as tutorials on how to make them.
Its password protected and posts are sent as they are, for example, you can post html, php, JavaScript etc. Users can submit commnets and bots are kept away with the validation form.
Emails are optionally sent to the owner when comments are received
